- "That's probably best for everyone." He nods. "Let's go then."
- "You are really starting to remind me of him. It's not a compliment. I don't like it."
- "No, I don't. But you are reminding me of him more and more. It's not a compliment, I don't like it."
- "I completely agree. Your current state seems to make you very vulnerable to suggestions. And he's got a lot of them." He smiles.
- "Are you fucking insane?!" the lieutenant snaps at you. "Don't answer that! And STOP doing it! Let's go."
- "What, you're going to blow a lead, just like that?" The lieutenant gives you an incredulous look.
- "I'm not your mother." He avoids your gaze. "I don't care. Do what you have to do."
- "Let's go, officer." The lieutenant closes his notes. "These people wouldn't know a good performance if it bit them in the ass."
- The lieutenant doesn't say anything, but gives you a quick smile, before turning away.
- The lieutenant doesn't say anything -- but he smiles sadly.
- "You're right. How foolish of me. Won't happen again, detective."
- The lieutenant nods.
- The lieutenant remains perfectly still except to give you a devastating case of side-eye.
- The lieutenant, needless to say, is not impressed.
- "Go where? Accosting a minor?"
